COVID-19:
1. There might be a delay in delivering your orders due to COVID-19 pandemic. Refunds/Cancellations are not allowed on order placed during COVID-19 i.e. order placed on or after 25th March 2020.
2. If the order is not delivered due to lock down on selected date, the order will be delivered once the lock down is over.
3. Products may be substituted based on availability.
4. Supplies are limited due to COVID, order placed during current pandemic will be delivered once the supply is resumed or using the substitute in the delivery city.
5. Limited Service available during lock down. Fixed Time and Mid-Night orders will be delivered as close as possible to actual time based on the prevailing lock down/ curfew enforced in the city.
6. For courier products, the item will be shipped with BlueDart/FedEx/DTDC/Speed Post based on service availability in the PIN Code and will be delivered according to the time provided by courier vendor.


1. Who is BloomsVilla.com?
www.bloomsvilla.com is a website which is owned and operated Bloomsvilla which is incorporated under the laws of India. This page contains all terms and conditions that stand for all orders placed on this site.

2. Delivery Timings:
For all same day and midnight orders, orders have to be made before 12 PM local time on the same day. All orders made after this shall be considered for delivery latest by the next business day. Since our customer are located in different time zones, the customer has to diligently select the delivery date and time as per the local time of the recipient country.

For all same day orders, we attempt to do same-day delivery of order but do not promise so. We will process the same-day delivery orders i.e. order is placed on the same date as of requested delivery date within 24 business hours of requested date and time though we make our 100% effort to deliver the order on the same date as of order placed.

We do not guarantee any timed delivery in the free delivery slot, our free delivery timings are between 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. The free delivery slot is for customer to provide preference and is not a promise, we will try our best to deliver the order in customer selected slot but cannot commit 100% efficiency in the timing of delivery. For fixed time delivery and free delivery slots, the order needs to be placed at least 3 hours in advance. For delivery before 10 AM, the order needs to be placed by 8 PM on the previous day. For Fixed Time delivery slots, the order may be delivered +/- 30 minutes as per selected time.


Delivery date and time if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, pandemics and during rush hour days like Rose Day, Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Mothers Day, Rakhi, Diwali, Christmas, New year Eve etc.., the order cancellation would not be possible in such circumstances.

For Valentine Midnight delivery, delivery will be done between 10 PM to 1 AM.

On special occasions like New Year, Christmas, Valentine Day, Mother’s Day etc, the orders will be processed and delivered up to 48 hours of requested date and time slot of order or from the time of placing the order whichever is later.

Remote Delivery/ Extended Delivery - Customers are required to pay additional delivery charge for delivery to remote area/ rural area/ extended delivery area (Standard Delivery from city center is 25 Km for metro cities and 15 Km for non-metro cities).



3. Price/ Discounts:

All the discounts are decided by Blooms Villa team and none of the Discount and offers can be clubbed together.


"Convenience Charge" has been levied by the Bloomsvilla for the facilitation of choosing a product/s and placing order online for delivery, anywhere in India, without visiting physical store. This covers Internet, system handling costs, etc.. Such Convenience charges are correlated to the order value and included in the price shown on the website.

4. Address Change:

Any changes to the recipient address would be entertained free of cost if they are requested before 48 Hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be canceled.


5. Order Change:

Any changes to the order would be entertained with monetary adjustments if requested before 48 Hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be cancelled. Please refer to cancellation policy for order cancellation.

6. Delivery Product:

The flower arrangements cannot be guaranteed to be exact replicas of the ones shown on site because of different vendors & different season constraints. Although the quantity of product will be the same if there have to be substitutions because of non availability of products these substitutions will be of equal or higher quality. Change of color of flowers due to non availability shall also considered under this condition. Also, the icing and design of the cake may vary from the image depending upon local availability.

7. Damaged deliveries/ Non-Delivery of Products:

We will cater to any reports of damaged products/ flowers and non-delivery on the same day of delivery only i.e within 24 hours of delivery. The problem report must be supported with substantial proofs of the damage made to the product. Based on the complaint from customer and feedback from our delivery team, redelivery will be arranged. 

If there is any dispute or dissatisfaction regarding the service or product paid, said disputes shall be taken up directly with Bloomsvilla and that any claim with the credit card company resulting in a "charge back" to the Bloomsvilla shall constitute a Breach of Agreement or Breach of contract.

8. Rules for delivery:
a) Delivery will be made as per the delivery instructions. e.g. if delivery instructions state that the product must be delivered to the recipient only, it will not be given to any one else and shall be considered delivered if recipient is not available. If recipient doesn't accept the delivery, we shall consider the order to be delivered.
b) Blooms Villa will be able to attempt delivery of your gifts only ONCE. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
1. Wrong shipping/delivery address.

2. Recipient not available.

3. Premises locked.

4. Wrong landlines / Mobile number or Extension number which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.

5. Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

6. Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.

9.Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you have selected, our experienced team will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. We however reserve the right to substitute the gifts (Including specified flower color or cake flavor) with other products with equal or higher value in case of non availability of the desired product.
In an event where a product that you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will make reasonable attempt to contact you to give an option of an alternate product. If we are unable to get in touch with you on phone or your response is not received, we will proceed with sending you the alternate product since we know that you are sending it to your loved one(s) on a special occasion and we would not want anything to dampen the spirit of the occasion.

10. Rules for Duplicate Orders:

If Blooms Villa finds that the same order has been made twice we will try to contact the customer and get that clarified. If the customer is not contactable we will take the decision on our behalf and that will be final.

11. Dealing with Fraudulent Customers:

If we find out any fraudulent behavior from any client in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any other reason, we hold the power to reject that order or ban that customer without being answerable to any one.

12. Rules for unfounded recipient:

In case the final customer is not available for receiving the placed order and we have strict instructions to deliver only to the intended customer the order shall be considered delivered and no refund will be made. Please refer Cancellation and refund policy for further details.

13. All courier items will be shipped using BlueDart or equivalent courier. As such we cannot specify any delivery date or timing for such order. All orders will be delivered between 9am - 7pm and may take 3-9 days of shipping time depending on the product, availability and other parameters.

14. We hold the right to extend our services to any individual, organization, group or business unit. We may refuse to serve any individual, organization, group or business unit solely on our own will and we will not be answerable to anyone.


15. I understand and provide my consent to BloomsVilla to send transactional and/or promotional messages and/or call on my phone number/email provided on the website.

16. I have receiver consent to provide phone number to Bloomsvilla which they can use to send transactional and/or promotional messages and/or call on their phone number.


17. Blooms Villa reserves right to terminate call/ not reply to customer or organization using abusive or threatening language while interacting with Blooms Villa support or using any public platform. All orders associated with such customer will not be delivered nor any refund will be issued. We may take appropriate legal action against such customer(s).

18. Blooms Villa may amend its Terms & Conditions from time to time. These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.

19. Order delivery is totally subjected to the payment credited in Bloomsvilla's a/c. Unless payment is received by us, be it any technical issue not limited to transaction failures, Internet issue, any issue on customer computer or mobile, etc.., the order will not be processed. Bloomsvilla doesn't process any payment, the payments are processed by customer on third party payment gateways. Any issue arising due to payment failure needs to be resolve between customer and Payment gateway.

Bloomsvilla doesn't take the responsibility of any transaction which is processed without consent of cardholder. The cardholder is solely and totally liable for the transactions and the amount charged on his A/c.

While making payment, if the order number is not generated due to any technical issue or order creation email with order number starting with BV is not received, the order is not created and will not be processed. Please send email to support@bloomsvilla.com along with the payment gateway, payment mode, amount, and transaction id. We will check with payment gateway on your behalf and this will be driven by their Service Level Agreement. In such case Bloomsvilla will not be held liable and order will not be processed unless the payment confirmation is provided by the payment gateway.

These Terms and Conditions, together with Blooms Villa's cancellation and refund policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and other rules and policies posted on the site, which are hereby incorporated as if set forth fully in these Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blooms Villa with respect to your use of and material available through the site, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between you and Blooms Villa with respect to this site. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved.
